I got up this morning and had my usual breakfast of one egg, toast, sausage, and milk; 520 calories. I recorded it in MyFitnessPal. I then did a 5.6 mile walk, tracked by MapMyWalk. By the time I had changed clothes and sat down with a big glass of iced tea, the mapmywalk app gave the myfitnesspal app an estimate of the number of calories I had burned. Now I can eat more calories today than when I got up and I've already had a good breakfast. Life is good!
