Heart stamping on butt?

Here's a pic showing my 1970 Model 60 butt. Can anyone tell me what the little 'heart' stamp indicates?

The heart is an Inspector mark......... If you do a google search on this Forum you'll find references of same mark on other revolvers

I love round butts and I can not lie I never saw that one before, I wonder if somebody at the factory was sneaking that in? Or could it be it was feb. 14??

I've got a couple of them with the heart mark. I've always suspected (but have no proof other than a 'feeling') that this was done by a Woman on the inspection line. It just seems a feminine touch. Don't know why I feel that, I just get that impression. Pardon the pun.

Thanks everyone. I thought it might be an inspectors mark, but different factories, different assembly shifts, everyone seems to have a different stamp.
