Hi everyone. New member from Canada. I've lurked here lots of times and figured it was time to join in the conversation. I've been a shooter for many years. Mainly skeet shooting. I owned a Smith & Wesson 422 .22LR years ago and loved shooting it. It was sold to help with other things way back when and I haven't shot a pistol since. I've gotten the urge to get back at it recently. I'm hoping to pick something up by the end of the summer. I've "decided" what I'd like to get several times and changed my mind just as many times. But I keep coming back to either an M&P9 or M&P22 or a SD9VE. I keep seesawing between a 9 or a .22. .22 because it's cheap to shoot or 9mm because it's "cool".

Anyway. I tend to ramble. I love to talk guns and shooting.

Welcome aboard from the great state of Pennsylvania!

Welcome from Wisconsin!

Since you don't have to worry about carrying a handgun for self defense in Canada I'd go with the .22. Economical & fun to shoot.

Howdy from Ohio...good to have you in the house!

Get busy livin' or get busy dyin'. Red from Shawshank Redemption

A Hound Dawg Howdy from SC.:D

Are .22s available in your neck of the woods? They been a priceless commodity around here but I believe that they are common enough now.

Glad you decided to make yourself visible.:)
