Hello from France

Welcome to the Forum from South of Houston! I used to have a number of French rifles and handguns, now down to two, a MAS 36 and a MAS 49/56

welcome from Germany, bienvenu.
I spent a wonderful holiday in Gascony a few years ago, still have one bottle of Armagnac left, unopened. And
the recipe for a perfect Cassoulet, given to me by a local foie gras producer near Auch. Saw the d'Artagnan Museum, great. We will go to a place near Bayonne in late August, but I guess this is no longer part of Gascony.

enjoy you 547, fine gun

best regards from Germany

Welcome from the Great Lakes region of New York. I just discovered something awesome from France this week. My brand new Opinel #7 stainless. They are just cool and simple like a classic K frame S&W. I'm already picking out my next one. They're as addicting as Smith&Wessons.

Hahaha, Opinel the elegant French pocket knife. ;)

Created in 1890, it was the first faithful companion knife of French farmers.

I have several too, 1 in each vehicle.

They are cool and simple as you say.

Welcome from the windy Rolling Plains of Texas.

I am a fan of French Firearms and own and enjoy a few.

Great Bulletslap,
I look forward to having the opportunity to discuss this with you. I also have French manufactured guns ;

(Saint-Etienne, Manufrance, Manurhin, Unique, etc.) ;)

Hello Glashaus,

Respect to you, you keep the memory of the French manual and automatic rifles before the FAMAS.

I have (1) true friends, retired French military gunsmith, wizard MAS 49/56 ;)
