This is a great site! I've learned a lot since finding it about 3 months ago.
I'm an Alaskan hunting guide partime and a full time logging contractor.
I bought my first S&W about 20 years ago, a 6 1/2" from an Alaska state trooper. I shot it about 3600 times over the course of that long winter in Alaska, by spring time the cylinder wouldn't reliably rotate when cocking the gun single action. But I learned what wonderfully accurate and ergonomic revolvers they are and have had one around ever since!
I'm an N frame fan, but there's a couple of K frames and some J frames around here someplace. I had to get one of the M&P 15T last fall in case the election didn't go our way.
I can see this site is gonna cost me some money! After drooling over members guns, I happened across a 5" M29-2 at the local harware store. My resistance was down, so now it's mine.
Thanks,
Brent
