Hello everyone. New here. Hope to enjoy many conversations and always willing to listen to new ideas and give suggestions. Have always been a fan of S&W revolvers. Best in the world in my opinion bar none. S&W semi autos not a big fan, but am trying to work on that. Having some issues with 2 shield 40's I have acquired.

Don't know what it is with Shields. Is it possible that so many people have them that the law of averages is at work? I know a bunch of people with M&P40, 40C, 9 & 9C including myself with a 40 & 40C that never had a lick of trouble with them.

Thanks everyone. Already getting a lot of suggestions from this forum on some problems I have been having with my shield. There seems to always be someone willing to offer suggestions on different problems.
