Help Diagnosing X Frame mechanical issue

I've had similar problems with K frame and N frame models. It was ejector rod both times. K frame I bought used, would get harder to pull the trigger as you went along. Took it to LGS and he said the ejector rod was bent and straightened it for a nominal fee. No problems since then. The N frame is a pre 29, with right hand threads on the ejector rod. It was coming unscrewed during operation and binding the cylinder. Never had that problem with my .500. Not sure if it is the same as the 350, but the ejector rod on the 500 is not part of the lock. It has extra room around the ejector rod than other models, not sure if it could create the same problem.

@Thaddeus Beauregard visually inspecting, I see no sign of a poor fitting hand. there does not appear to be any lateral slop allowed. As for the lock, that makes sense. The gun has a documented 80 rounds through it. Rough guess this issue arose at roughly the 50 shots mark, and re appeared last week at the 75ish round mark.

@Dan W. Cady I'll keep that in mind in the future, currently as its sitting on my desk, its not acting up.
