Help....I dropped it

I dropped my 17-4 out of the gun rug/bag and it shifted the rear sight blade al the way left ...I tried to adjust it back but the clicks stopped at not close enough. Do I need to re install it per the sight blade change info sticky or can it be Drifted?
Wher do I get that baggie of parts and a small Punch thingie? To re-install it?/

ek42: Sounds like the inside adjustment screw is munched. You can get the rebuild kit from Brownell's. If fine work is not your bag, just buy a complete new sight. ......... Big Cholla
