This ladysmith is a 22 cal with a 3" barrel. I'm trying to figure out what model it is so that I can try to find a few parts. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Welcome! The serial number falls into the range of a 3rd model .22 Hand Ejector.

Thanks. When looking for parts is there a certain model which may work? Looking for a side screw on right side. And screw on the barrel rod

For those parts, either a 2nd model or 3rd model will work. Unfortunately, M frame parts are hard to find. Numrich or Jack First may have a suitable screw. For the ejector rod knob, Mr. Simmons, aka ruffkat on Gunbroker may be able to make one. From what I can see, yours looks to be in pretty good condition. You may want to try looking for a parts gun as an alternative.
Good luck!

I've never needed to search for M frame parts for these but I do see them on line (E-Bay and Gunbroker) occasionally. An M frame parts gun with no frame just sold on E-Bay, so they do show up.

Side plate screws are the same for all 3 models and they are size 48 TPI - .104" diam., including the top side plate screw which has a larger cap.

The Extractor "mushroom" shaped knob looks like the other frame sizes but is smaller than all other frames; thread size is 47 TPI - .186" diam.
