Help with age.

I'm not sure if this is in the right place but I would like a little information on a firearm. I believe it is a K frame, nickel plated, 2 inch barrel, Model 10-5, serial no. d472800. The year made would be nice to know. Any help would be appreciated. Rick.

Nickel

Can anyone tell me what the best thing to use would be for bringing back the shine on nickel. It was left in a holster for years and is dull where it was against the leather.

Mothers mag wheel polish or flitz will work with an old cotton rag.
