Not blaming NYC, but I am saying that it was a gateway into the US, just like New Orleans was due to Mardi Gras, which attracts a lot of foreigners into NO at that time.

Yep, not only the gateway into the U.S. but by far the most popular place for visitors outside the country want to go.

After looking at some of the states that have very low case counts, I get that no Self Respecting Virus would ever want to go there.

I've never understood why people need to live on top of each other. Especially now that we've done the whole work remotely experiment.
