I don't have the Shield, I have the 9c, but the "twist" to remove the gun with the N82 holster is very slight and it took me about 2 seconds to learn it. The holster is so comfortable! Easy to use, secure, sweat proof, etc. Everyone who has them that I know of loves them. People who have tried mine on generally go to the N82 website and order one for themselves.
The darling husband is talking about getting me a N82 holster for my new Sig 938 for my birthday. I was against single clip holsters until I tried N82. Easy to put on and take off. It doesn't matter where your belt loops are, just clip it where you want it. Mine has never drifted.
