Stopped in a near by Walmart on Friday and they had 1 box. I had to go back the next day to pick up something else for the wife and they had 4 more. I've been checking all the Walmarts I've been in for about 2 months looking for these and they are always out.

Yeah, got very sparse around me too after I got lucky a few times. I've given up checking and started mail ordering for about the same net price.

No shortage up here... I've stopped buying 9P. Have been adding a couple of .45ACP value packs every month... Seems to be a never ending supply. More that usuaul in fact...

I went to the only Wally World in South Florida that sales ammo at restocking time, wait for the girld restocking ammo cases and she never put any case of the Federal 100 count. I asked her: what about the federal value pack? She answered me that the item is out of stock almost all the time because they receive just a few boxes a week.

Not all Wally worlds around me carry ammo but rhose that do are always stacked

It's hit or miss. Without going into boring MA only detail, the nearest super store couldn't sell ammo for about three months. They still received their shipments, but they couldn't sell. That ended about a month ago and for a while they had more ammo than they knew what to do with. I got some of these as well as some .38 a lot of .22, and other calibers. I think they are back to normal stocking levels now, but the nationwide shortages of a few years ago are over. I just wish the prices would go back down.

I can barely find 9mm around here. When I do I buy it up.

I did that at Walmart last week. I just happen to check out to see what was in the ammo case. 3 boxes of Federal 100ct. There was another guy looking at the case also. I thought he was looking at the .38 ammo not 9mm. I just happen to find a clerk first. But I did offer the other guy at least 1 box first before grabbing them.

One of the Wal-Marts I visit they allow only 7 boxes per day, cause some people buy all they have in stock, like I do one I visit.

I also have in, cause I'm Vender for the local Wal-Marts in my area.

OK I bet that if the prices are posted there will be many different prices

Without a doubt a kind thing to do
Nice to see good folks

So your the creep buying all the 9mm ammo around! :p

Snoose ya loose (ha ha).

I was told by our walley world,if it's selling they restock every week and keep the stock on hand. If it isn't moving (selling) the warehouse won't ship it. Soooo,a bunch of us took turns buying out all the 9's & 45's as they'd re-stock every week. Price went up and we slowed down, but still keep the stock rotated.

I have 2 thousand 9mm rounds sitting on the shelf. Bob's Ammo is a "full service distributor". Reloaders have very few problems with proper planning. :) :D   Bullet casters have even fewer problems, but a lot less free time. :(

I'm jealous. I seen one pack 3 weeks ago at my local Walmart and the guy in front of me bought it. I checked a few times and nothing yet. When I see it I'm buying as much as they got..

the last box of Federal target ammo I shot through my MP, covered it in soot. Looked like I was shooting black powder. Since then, only shooting Winchester WB from Walmart. Shoots great...and CLEAN.

You can't beat Walmart's $20 price. You just have to be in the right place at the right time. The other day the clerk told me I missed a 100 round box by 1 hour.

I found ordering frrm places like Palmetto State Armory works well. Just wait for thier free shipping sales and order away. With our taxes here a 9.99/50rnd price ends up 10.99 anyways... Plus wally never has stock on any bulkpacks locally and none of the local stores have cheap 9mm in general... Everything is $12.99/box or higher if it is in stock.

Now I just reload myself and not worry about it anymore.

I did it again. Stop by another Walmart to pick up something for my wife. 5 boxes of Federal 100ct was just sitting there. What was a person to do? :D Now I have some ammo when I take my sister to the range for her birthday.

You are so lucky!! Today I went to another Wally and there was an empty space where the Federal 100 ct should be. Dozens of Federal 50ct boxes, dozens of WWB 100ct and 50 ct but no Federal 100ct. Asked the associate and told me they only receive 5 boxes every two or three weeks. I will stop trying to find this ammo locally and continue buying online. I won't spend more money on gas for nothing.

19.97 for a box of 100 I picked up all 14 boxes from my local Walmart.

I found early morning the best odds of finding Walmart stocked.

If you ask the gun associate they can usually tell you shipment days.

I bought the Fed and the Win 100 rd value packs at 2 diffferent Walmart's in St Louis (West County) yesterday and today. They had a lot of ammo - I purchased 1000 rounds.

Talked with the woman at the ammo register on Kendall (Miami) and she said the heve not received Federal 100 ct for more than a month.

I clean em out every time. Been doing it for some time. Its good fun actually

Ain't no shortage of ammo at Oklahoma City WallyWorlds.... if l'm in the store fer somethin else l'll amble by the gun counter and pick up a few boxes of whatever caliber that is priced right. Was in one of the LGS and was visiting with one of the gentlemen behind the counter. I asked him what they were seeing move out the door. He told me that after the last election they had a huge run on firearms, for months! This fall it's been reloading supplies and ammo... Jes remember, there's no such thing as too much ammo...

By me it swings with the seasons. Spring and summer the shelves are spotty at best and 100 ct federal is a rare sight. As shooting slows way down here in Wisconsin in the winter, you can usually find what you're looking for on the shelf when December and January comes around.

$19.97 by me also. Too good of a deal to pass up. Also one of the nice things about living in central Wisconsin is the ammo shelf is never locked so I never have to find an associate or worry about the guy in front of me.
