HOLSTER BEAUTY CONTEST?

I believe this Heiser #457 FBI model is beautiful in it's simplicity.
Shown with my Colt's Agent wearing Spegel's extended boots.
The gun belt is by Chic Gaylord. The knife is a Buck.
The Resistol was my 27th birthday gift from my wife and daughter.
That was 57 years ago, so you know why it shows some wear.

Good morning all, thought I would post some pics..... this is an un marked holster with my Pre-war M&P (non-standard stocks).

It is smooth leather lined and the carving is sharp. Would love to have one just like this for my 66-3 snub.

sorry... a pic of my Reyas holster with my 19-8 mistakenly inserted

Today I added another holster to the "Black & Tan" set. All holsters match the pants belt. The vintage buckle was inspired by Mr. Iggy. I call it the 'Small, Medium, or Large', what ever the mood for the day.

Here is one that I sold a while back, but I still have the picture, and think
it is pretty enough for this thread. It is a floral carved paddle style holster
by Shoemaker. Shown with my 4" Model 10. The belt is the famous $30
belt that I spruced up a bit by adding a 3 pc. buckle set. The knife is
by Marbles. And of course my Open Road Stetson.

The nice thing about Basket Weave is that you can mix makers without a problem. This Bianchi 99T holster on a Safariland belt. The revolver is a S&W 586 M.

I love the Sheridan stuff but there is already many fine examples in the thread so.... since beauty is in the eye of the beholder I will add something different to the discussion :)

The one with the cross is for a Ruger Sp101. It is designed to look like a templer cross but somewhat waving as it moves forward on battle field. The inlay is actually a darker richer red and is Frog skin.

The other is a belt holster for a 686 performance 2.5" I call it the three evils.

The winner in my ever-expanding pile of holsters is neither ornate nor particularly fancy; it would be my winner because I've spent a lot of time with it during some memorable events.

That said, here are a few from my collection that I enjoy looking at:

We don't see a lot of carved holsters by Royal Eubanks, but I do have one
from the original Eubanks Leather Company sometime between 1939 and
1949.
Shown here with 4" Model 10, Sparks gunbelt, and case knife.

Here is an Idaho Leather holster for a 4" N Frame
that I bought from -db- here on the forum. A great
guy to do business with by the way.
Shown with my S&W Model 29. The belt is by Dave
Keith, the knife is a Buck, and my hat is a Stetson.
