Holster Help!

I just bought a nice leather holster on line for a Colt Commander with BoMar sights. Hard to find nice holster to accept those sights. The gun fits well but as you can see in pics the thumb break must be made for much longer/ bigger gun. A standard Govt sits same way with barrel extending out bottom of holster. This is Italian made but seems to be good quality. Vega Leather Goods, N 150.
I can’t find Vega chart online. Only type where you inset gun model to get holder number. Would appreciate if anyone can ID model of gun this holster is for.

That looks like a nice quality holster, but it looks like, from the picture on the bottom, that the belt would be a little tight. Maybe that’s an optical illusion. I like a thumb break on the outside for easier draw, but I don’t expect to run across any quick draw fights with Doc Holiday, and it’s safer as is. I would guess a Beretta 92 series, but I’m pretty sure it may be too small for the 92. Someone will know.
