Holster ideas for a Model 29

if this exists, looking for a simple holster for a fun competition

open barrel
open front
but will cover the trigger guard
and supports the weight of either a 5" or 8-3/8"

I have carried my 629 in a Mernickle Performance Series rig for close to 20 years now and it is one of the best carry rigs I have ever owned. Secure, easy and quick to draw and rides high enough for casual concealment.

3-5 wk wait time normally.

Fun Competition...

we shoot a 50 round match for points with a 38 revolver and semi auto.

Some members have started a Nframe match of 24 rounds just for bragging rights. I want to get it on it.

I have an 8 3/8" revolver but will have a 5" revolver soon.

Wanted something to work with both and looking for an open front like an old ernie hill or similar but will have to cover the trigger guard.

finding one to work for the long barrel will be difficult.
