Holster question

I'm planning on ordering a holster for my new 9mm VE and have decided on the Serpa for the Glock 17. From what I can tell its the same frame. Should fit right?

I had a Glock 19 prior to buying my 9VE. I had a SERPA Sportster and the Sigma would not fit.

I think I read somewhere the one for the M&P series would though.

I don't know if it's true of the main SERPA line but the Sportster series is molded such that it leans the butt of the gun out from the body too much IMO.

I'm thinking I had heard it was closer to the Glock 19 & I don't know the difference in size between the two. Pull up the S&W site and the Glock site and compare. I'm on my cell or I would look real quick.

Yes, the same Serpa holster that fits the S&W M&P also fits the Sigma, according to Blackhawk.

the serpa for the MP40 fits the sigma 40. I am pretty sure that the one for the mp9 would fit the sigma 9.

Yep! Mine fits great.

I have a serpa holster for my Sigma as well and the package said it fit the M&P and Sigma. it fits real snug but not too tight as to make the draw difficult.
