Holster selection depends on your intended uses, physique, usual wardrobe and other factors. What works well for one person in one set of circumstances will not work at all for another person in different circumstances.

Every holster design involves compromises among the four basic factors of comfort, accessibility, security, and concealability. The user must decide how much of certain factors can be compromised in order to enhance other factors. There is no "best" or "perfect" holster for all users.

Noir, check some of the posts about lobogunleather's holsters. He makes some great looking holsters and you may want to start there.

i use a desantis leather speed lefthanded scabbard great for middle of the back and side of the waist. very comfortable. look at S&W home page. it's $65 with M&P logo
