thanks bud - I'm at home recovering from surgery and looking at the replys to this thread is all the medicine I need - keep'em coming

Those grips were a gift from Davwingman. Something I would have never splurged on for myself. I have to clean things up every time I pick up that gun.

I have posted these here a couple of times lately but here they are. The set on the reg. mag. 5" came on it when I bought it no history. The set on the Lew Horton reg. mag. 3.5" I recently got from Don Collins corian faux ivory.

4" 624 with Herrett Jordan Troopers in figured walnut.
And the Mernickle that was made for it. Mountain Revolver
also fits this holster as they have the same profile.
Still waiting for my Spegels for the 3" 624 shown in the holster
pic. I ordered ebony extended boot grips.

Them Troopers are to die for - thanks for sharing

That's a great-looking shootin' iron!

Thank You Sir. Every time I shoot it I get a giant grin on my face :D. I like the way it recoils using 44 Specials....But I love the way it recoils and feels using 44 Magnums! I love it so much I went out and bought a Rossi 92 lever rifle in 44 Magnum to go with it. I am going to have to learn to reload to feed my addiction .

Thanks. Anyone can get a set. They are made to fit your hand
and work best if you have above average sized hands. Mr. Jordan
was a HUGE man and one of, if not THE, fastest accurate draws
to ever wear a badge. One of my heroes.
They are not that expensive and I consider the wood I got to
be an excellent deal. Lucked out in fact. Check out their
somewhat primitive website.
