How to Fix scratches on a 340PD

It has an all black frame constructed of scandium enhanced aluminum alloy and normal bluing is not doing the trick. Any suggestions?

You're not going to fix any scratches that have cut through the melonite finish. Only a complete refinish with melonite or any other durable finish will take care of what is only a cosmetic issue.

Once you break the finish all you are doing at this point is talking about the best Band Aid to use. Bitchwood Casey sells pens to touch up finishes. They sell a Gloss Black, and a Flat Black. IF DONE CAREFULLY the flat black will be the closest Band Aid to use.

LOL... of course you mean Birchwood Casey..

Is that my only option?? Anyone?

As others have stated your only good option is to refinish. Personally if it were me, and the gun shoots OK, I'd leave it in my pocket with the scratches. Nobody will ever see the scratches except for you and the poor guy you draw on, and believe me he won't care about your scratches.;)

I agree with the others, if it's your CCW consider it as a tool and leave as is. When it's bad enough send it back for refinish or have it Cerokoted or similar.
