How many cups of coffee...

Usually two cups in mid-morning these days. Sometimes another one, or
two later. Have half and half in it.
Drink black tea, off and on, all day.

When I committed journalism for a living the call, "Someone make a new
pot of coffee!" was often heard in the land.

Half a pot of Folgers or Maxwell House every morning.
In colder weather, I might drink another one-fourth pot
at night. Warm/hot weather months, I usually don't
drink any at night. I usually back the morning coffee
up with a diet Mt. Dew about 10AM.

Typically, I bring a thermos to work and drink it before 9 AM (about 3-4 CPO mugs from 5:30 til 9:00). Weekends, 2-4 cups. Diabetic, so I drink unsweetened tea during the day & evening.

I drink Deadman;s Reach=a high caffeine brew out of Alaska with only creamer added. Easy on the stomach. Running a little late, so I'm drinking my first cup now.

I retired after 22 years in the Navy (Senior Chief) so don't ask as I don't want to say! However, I now keep Dunkin Donuts coffee which Costco's sells in business. Need I say more?

three cups of leaded for breakfast, daily and 2-3 cups unleaded, dinner time, 3-4- times a week.....hot n black...thats all thats needed....

One cup is plenty sometimes it takes two cups to get me motivated and active. I always depend on my morning coffee from Caribou coffee.

In mild or warm weather 3 will set me up just fine. Since we are both retire that pot stays hot all day from can till can't. Never counted the cups but it would be a goodly number.

In the morning a double espresso and one, maybe two, regular cups with no sugar. Sometimes, after a nice dinner, a double espresso with a Remy Martin.
Many years back, shooting IPSC competition, I never touched the stuff from a day or two before.

I say that I drink "2 cups" in the morning. The coffee maker says that is exactly "6 cups" of water that goes to make the fresh ground stuff I have this addiction for. Those 2 cups are big mugs. Never talk to anyone before the coffee in the morning and would not even step outdoors without those "6 cups" of coffee being in the brewer and at least the first 3 in that big mug. There is no life before coffee for me. But that is the end. no more caffeine the remained of the day. only water and some nice local brewed brew after 5 in the evening.

8-10 "coffee maker cups" I guess those are about 6 oz? Decaf, no cream no sugar. If I am bringing it in a thermal mug to drink in the car for some reason I like to add a couple of tsp of Cappuccino mix. Caffeinated doesn't keep me awake but my cardiologist said to avoid it due to my A-fib. If I'm in a restaurant or at someone's home and they dont have decaf ready I'll drink caffeinated, no problems.
If I don't finish what is in the 10 cup coffee maker in one day I'll zap what is left in the microwave the next morning and drink it while the new batch is brewing.
