How much did you pay for your M&P Shield?

Too much apparently :)!

More for the first, less for the second in a more normal market. But, hey, I was based overseas for the first and had to buy when back, less so for the second. I'm happy with both.

But, no where as good a deal as Quantico or Bud's offers now for the Mil/LEO price.

Or Sportsmans Outdoor. Bought one for $309 shipped earlier this week on their LE discount. $334 with FFL transfer.

$349 plus tax. Came with a free box of Hornady defensive ammo and one hour of range time. This store has great prices and better sales.

$399 at Academy Sports. Unfortunately I bought my 9mm when they were hard to come by so all the small shops had high tags and a few I found at gun shows were a little beat up almost used looking for $375. I got mine the day it came into Academy. Was in the safe the 1st guy didn't even know they had gotten any in.

Just got mine yesterday at a gun show. $389 + Tax for 9mm NTS. First new handgun. I had been watching the online sources for a while and felt like it would have been more online after shipping and FFL.

I paid for my Shield 9 $469.99 + tax at BPS, it was my first new handgun in 15yrs. Love it...

This was my 2nd gun that I actually got at a store not a gun show. Those places are like a toy store. I have to leave my credit cards and checkbook at home whenever I go. The one time I didn't I ended up leaving with a Sig 1911 ultra compact .45 for $700 I couldn't resist. Then when I went to get a shield 9mm they only had the one for $375 that looked used.

Price for M&P Shield

I ended up paying $399 in December, 2014. Very pleased at that price. I had only seen one lower $350 on Black Friday. I was out of town otherwise, the norm seems to be $399 to $449.

$399 + tax. Took 2 weeks of actively calling all over the place to find the 9mm. Everyone had the .40 in stock only

Got a Shield 9 on Tuesday $425 first new one in years. Ran about 100 rounds through it shoots great, didn't like the fiocchi stp steel casings, can any one recommend a better brand? I am concerned about the Breach Firing Pin Bore hole not being a true diameter or flat on one side, could this wear on the side of the Firing pin over time? The primer strike pattern doesn't look correct to me either or is this the nature of the beast?
