Hello everyone! Like the title says, what is the best way to reach S&W for warranty work on my 15-22? After approx. 30k rounds my ejector arm has started to wiggle and cause some ejection problems. Also, with everything going on, do you think it is a good idea to send a gun back? I could probably fix the ejector myself, but I would prefer it to be done by S&W. For those of you that have had warranty work done, could you describe your experiences and pass on any info or contact information?

Thank you,

Call customer service (expect some wait time due to all the craziness in the gun world) and describe the problem. If they agree it is a warranty issue, they will provide you with a shipping label to send it back, repair it and return it at their cost.

Be sure not to use the original box or anything else to send it that externally indicates a rifle is inside. Hope this is helpful.

This ^ When I got my 15-22 the rear sight had a cosmetic defect, I called CS... they sent me a prepaid shipping label, I sent them the sight and had a new one in the mail within a week. Really great customer service.
