Houston to be exact.
I'm a new comer to this site, but not new to guns.
My Grandfather, my father and my late husband taught me to love and respect weapons. I consider it a right not a privilege to be able to defend myself if/when needed. I'm born and raised and living in the best State in the Nation when it comes to gun ownership too.
I've only got three S&W: a Model 36, a Model 59 and a Bodyguard. I'm planning on adding some kind of .22LR revolver the next big gun show in town. I joined in the hopes that I can pick your brains and gain your collective knowledge about what you like and why. I'm 110% certain that revolvers are the best way for me to go in the future and I'm certain that S&W makes the best ones around.
One thing to consider, if your wife survives you like I did, she gets your collection! Unless you can figure out how to take it with you....
I like reading about men and women sharing their interest in handguns and protection. I got my CHL as soon as possible after Texas "allowed" it.
