Howdy from Texas

I've been around the forum for awhile but just haven't posted yet.

I'm a 29 year retired city officer and I love S&W revolvers! I carried one for many years until the department thought they knew better and switched us to autos. I've never felt comfortable since!!

I'm now in a new career in county politics - WOW! What a difference and a challenge! And I keep a S&W revolver within reach at all times!! Comfortable again!

I love the forum. Thanks to the owners and moderators for doing a great job!

I'm a county commissioner and definitely do NOT go with the flow!! In fact, we recently opened a new park and discussion led to the signage in the park. One commissioner commented about "no firearms allowed" and the argument started.

When the smoke cleared, CHL holders now have full use of the park.
