Howdy

Hi all,
I am new to both this forum and to Smith & Wessons. I recently put a slightly worn Model 10 4" heavy barrel on lay-away at a local shop. I liked its' heft and it pointed like an extension of my index finger so into my wallet I went. Anyway, it is my first Smith, so I thought I might join up here and try to learn more about these excellent firearms. It seems there is a great pool of knowledge on this forum and I am quite excited to be here.
