Just got home from church and found this post. New mother and baby... new g.daddy... cool. Very cool.

My first grand child, Derek, who is 31, 6'3" and 240 lbs. now, and has been my right hand gun for over 25 years, may be moving away 1,600 miles for a good job in Washington state. Talk about sad! Enjoy them while you can!

Conrats Curtis. I saw that you called but I was in Mississippi at Charlie's house sleeping in front of the TV after eating some Gumbo that I made and consuming a few adult beverages. On Saturday, Charlie cooked a deer shoulder for about 10 hours and we pigged out again Saturday night after going to the Hattiesburg Gun Show and doing a little target practice before supper.

Thanks all. She and Mom are home from the hospital, and grandma is holding the fort down so the kids can get some rest.

I can wait to see her in person...and she already has me wrapped around her finger!!!

Arrive at my daughter's house at the same time she was getting home the other day. My grandson was literally jumping up and down in her arms reaching for me while hollaring "Grandpa!" (or at least his version of it). Best. Feeling. Ever.
