We have our own bathrooms, beds, furniture, computers, dishes, microwaves, vacuum cleaners. We have our own cats but we share the dog. We would've bought a duplex but we like running into each other now & then.

Sounds a lot like my house, except that we do share a few things and don't have any pets.
