I can't remain quiet any longer!

I've had my Sigma 40 for several years. I have not had any problems. The trigger pull is not a problem. They tault us to squeeze the trigger and be surprised when it fires. Every time I pull it, it goes bang. It shoots good enough that at self defense range you can put them all in the 7 circle of a b27 target. As for kick the forty is no worse than a 45 or 357. Which I shoot one handed.

I shot a Sigma a few years back and asked the owner if there was something wrong with the trigger.

I'm far from a trigger snob but it's just not for me. The great majority of my trigger time has been with bone stock M16A2s and M9s owned by Uncle Sugar. Quite a bit with SIGs and Glocks here in 1st Civ Div.

I'll never speak bad about a trigger without actually having shot the gun in question. Those that do are just armchair "gun gurus" who parrot something someone else said.

On the bright side (for S&W stockholders and employees), the Shield won out over the Ruger LC9 with me due to it's superior trigger.
