I think I have done it just right. Just wish I could shoot it without having to worry when I can buy more ammo.

Well one things for sure........... you wont run out of places to grip it!

Love the color!
haha i like having options. truthfully i am too lazy to take the afg2 off. I think my hand is too big, it isn't very comfortable to me. And thanks. I got the OD Green when it first came out and it
was a special edition.

The green guns were coated green specifically for Academy Sports (I also have one) but I wouldn't really call them special editions. If anything, the MOE versions would be the special editions, or maybe the Performance Center versions.

Too pretty

Historically when dictators confiscate nice weapons they then give them to other dictators as presents.

Do not make it too pretty.

And the accuracy???
Accuracy is outstanding. I use the bipod for long range, and take it off if I am plinking with the irons. I actually get bored quickly because it is so accurate. Sporting clays has my attention, with that stoeger m3500 in the picture.

I agree with you. I say special editions just because they were new and not plentiful at the time. They came with the threaded barrel too, so it was a slight upgrade.

Pretty cool.
I will tell you this.......as an old Vietnam Veteran......I just took a Romanian AK with Tapco trigger group and put a Picatiny and red-dot on it. Nothing else. Went to the range and scared the hell out of myself.
You did a nice job on your rifle.

If it doesn't have wood it's ugly. Just another plastic pig. ;)

I like a dare as much as anyone but I won't tell you she is not beautiful. As when dealing with any lady, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I prefer my lady slimmer than that... not skinny but not so heavy. I like a little meat on her bones but still want to see her natural curves & angles. I also prefer my lady not so dolled up. IMO too much makeup takes away from the natural beauty provided by the creator. When I was growing up, I always heard black was beautiful & now I fully understand that comment.

The analogy between guns & ladies is rather interesting. They are both beautiful & both can be dangerous, even deadly when mishandled. They both need to be handled with loving attention & need to be taken out often.

There is one area where all similarities vanish. With my gun, when needed, I can quiet her down. With my wife of 34 years, I'm sure I'd be slapped down if I wore my hearing protection when she wants to chat. With my gun, soon I'll be able to thread on a suppressor. Don't see that happening with the wife. :D
