I hate the local pusher

I stopped into my local gun pusher today to see if he had anything new. He said I just got some revolvers in from an estate. He pulls out a model 10-6 4"hb a model 10-5 blued, and a 586 with 6 inch barrel. he said the 586 looks NIB the others have been shot a-lot. I checked over the 586, not even a turn line, It is a 586 no dash with the box, paperwork and tools still sealed. I cringed cause I knew it would not last long so I pulled out the credit cards and bought it. What do you do, darn pushers know how to hit below the belt and into the wallet dont they....$550.00 out the door

Ah, I wish we had pushers here in VA Beach... lots of stores, but you have to hound and scrap to find any good used or LNIB S&Ws...

I second that. There are not too many places I know of that have such gems waiting to be given a new home.

My tempter is a former co-worker now retired. He's given me the itch for a Model 15 and 28-2 out of his collection.

Decided he wants to sit on the 15 for awhile.

Waiting to hear what his "good price for a friend" is for the 28-2.

Have to put it in line behind the Garand I've promised myself this year though.
