Okay, I have a one idea. I love my 586, so far its the best I ever owned. Being 24 that that is not saying much. But I owned 2 GP100s and 1 M65 and got to play with 1 M66. I seen and held plenty of older guns.

This is my dream revolver.

1: A Blue coated L-frame.

2: 4 inch Half lug and rib barrel.

3: The front of cylinder is smoother to help holstering and comes milled for chamfer chambers. The extractor made a certain way to help fix case under extractor. Something like screw on screw off. Also 7 round cap.

4: Oversize hammer that to help with single action shooting. Like the Python.

5: No sharp or rough edges.

That is pretty much it.

I think that is a very unlikely combination to be honest. I'm also not sure what your mean under #3.

Well, that sucks, thats is mostly what I envision. Just a few things missing. Just the rib barrel and hammer.

The cylinder idea is like the Ruger "match champion."
