I just bought 3 M&Ps in two weeks

...and my Shield showed up today so that makes 4 M&P handguns and a 15-22. When I called Smith & Wesson to order a couple of magazines for the new Shield today, I ended up getting a discount because of my loyalty. I was already a satisfied S&W owner, now I'm a really happy one too.

My wife has a LC9 as well and we are unsatisfied with it.

Try to convince her to trade it in for a M&P9c or M&P Shield.

Do it don't look back :) The LC9 was a reliable pistol but it pales in comparison to how sweet the Shield is. I have a feeling there will be a lot of used LC9s popping up!

I bought a FS M&P 9mm the end of March, then in April got both a compact .45acp and a Shield.

Loving the platform.

Hello, my name is Bear.

I thought I was done buying when I picked up the 9 and 9c to replace several guns that got sold as I consolidated calibers [down to 38/357, 9, 45]. Then I got the M&P22 to save on range costs [so now we are down to .22, 38/357, 9, .45].

Then I went in to Bud's earlier this week with the last of the odd calibers [a 40] to get an idea of what it might be worth. They really wanted it and I saw a M&P45 FS with 4 Mags and no wear for $420. So, goodbye Browning HP, hello #4, a $165 check and two hours range time. Not a bad day.

So now I am where I want to be. The Pythons and Colt 1911s stay in the safe and appreciate and the S&Ws [6 M&Ps - which include two of the revolvers] are shooters.

I know where you all are coming from. I bought two M&Ps within two weeks: A M&P22 and a M&P9. They are both darn nice pistols at nice prices, at least from my local gun shop here in Indianapolis.

Safe shooting,
Vv
