I Just Lost My Best Friend.

It is a bummer losing a pet. We are blessed now with 3 grand dogs. Get to grand dog sit frequently. We love it, spoil them like crazy, and they go home with their family. Best of both worlds as I see it.

Our deep condolences to you and your wife on your loss of Freya[emoji120][emoji120][emoji175][emoji175][emoji175] You have beautiful memories of her as she joined you in your life journey. She will be there waiting when your part of the journey is completed.. Jumping up and down and covering you with love..I know it's so hard now though. {{{Hugs}}}

Thank you for your post. It has brought back all the dogs & cats that I have had the pleasure of knowing along with a few tears.

I have lost relatives....that did not bring the sorrow of losing a dear pet....will only add...

My condolences. I know it hurts since I have been there. Remember the good times. Now goes from being a dog to being your guardian angel.

She seems to have a good life, and you did your final duty as we all must. I have hated every such experience, and I know how hard this was ... but there will be a day you look back and smile at all the good times she gave you.

Every good dog needs a successor. Mourn her as you need, but don't take too long to adopt that next one. For every one we lose, there are many who need good homes. Every dog we have had after the first got the chance because their predecessor left.
