I need a reloading manual to start me out

whelen, just what kind of "degree" do you need to teach reloading? I need to get one of them!

What you need is to graduate from the "School of Hard Knocks" with the only degree being that you are still standing 90 degrees to the ground.

My guess is that you probably qualify!

Actually, the NRA does have a certification for Reloading instructor.

I started reloading a couple of months ago, Modern Reloading 2nd edition by Richard Lee, and Lyman 49th Edition is what I have and were very easy to follow. I also asked questions on a forum and found folks were eager to help out. Be very careful this can be an addicting hobby.
