So I was down at my favorite LGS/Range today and saw a new entry in the used-consignment case. Turned out to be a 10-7 with a heavy 2" barrel and a target hammer. RB. Maybe semi-target trigger, not sure. Slight turn ring. Slight muzzle wear on bluing. One idiot mark on the right side of the frame. Grips are wood and look PRISTINE. Timing is perfect on all six bores both SA and DA. Lock-up to tight and yoke fit is tight. So I bought it. Maybe a tad high ($700 plus administrative BS and tax) but not ridiculous and now I have a back-up to my 1949 M+P 2". The blue (except for idiot mark) is perfect. Looks like it was carried a little bit maybe. What the hell, it's only money. After all, money can't buy happiness but it can buy guns, and guns make me happy, so.......

2” K frames are awesome. That might be a bit high but like you said it’s only money. I stopped by Five Guys Hamburgers Saturday night and brought home 5 burgers and 2 small fries. $64!!!!!!!! So if you paid to much it’s the equivalent of a greasy take out out meal.

Even if the price is a tad high, if you wanted it bad enough, then you didn't pay too much.

And we will require photos!

Like my gun shop owner said, every time he buys a gun that is on the high said his friends all said you paid too much, but when he sells it a bit later he always made money. Guns are better than gold. They do not go down in price. At least not the older ones.

Very decent self-defense gun for your lady to have on her nightstand. Stoke it with some 158 gr FNSWC's and sleep like a baby. Congrats.

GUNS BETTER THAN GOLD……uh oh. Hear comes the debate

Probably not a bad price considering you are in communist territory. Guns ( like everything else) are more expensive in California, especially with all the roster bs.
Typically a gun will cost 20% or so more in California than America, so you didn’t do too bad.
