I too discovered a significant Shield issue!

I went back to reread his original thread and I didn't see anything that should have gotten him so pissy to begin with. I don't know if the 4th post being a little critical and challenging him on his "discovery" sent him over the edge or the tongue in cheek humor. It's hard to tell because it looks like he went back and edited his original posts after he saw this thread and got his feelings hurt.

If slightly sarcastic comments can get somebody that upset then I'm not sure I can help them. I'm dammed sure not going to tippy toe around their feelings.

I was thinking the OP and others were being too sensitive, but how ever some want to try to attempt to justify and down play it, some people in the were attacking him and were out right rude plain and simple.

He was new to the forum, tried to post what he thought was a problem to try and help others, and it seems that some were dismissive, rude, and extremely condescending.

Hang in there, Wyoung. Good grief! I hope no one takes that
"Hang" in the wrong way and give me H-ll.

You guys think this forum is bad...for those people who own multiple brands try GlockTalk.com, its so bad their they track down your IP address and come knocking on your door...just kidding, however they do have a few posters that like to rip on people to prove their point...this forum is just little more civil and user friendly from my point of view...

Seriously dude? You need to create a parody thready, to make fun of my genuine attempt at looking out for people, to get yourself off? Ha bunch of ****ing children on here.

I apologize for posting. Trust me it won't happen again.

agreed, some people here shouldn't even be allow to own guns.

I sincerely believe this is a good forum website and appreciate the time other posters take to put up cogent and informative information for all of us.

I visit one other forum on the web and the content is nowhere near as comprehensive, entertaining, or useful as this one is, which I believe shows user's dedication and interest here.

There is occasional flame war here, but I actually like the back-and-forth banter and bickering when it happens. I even got into one myself a while back and realized what I posted was incorrect and felt quite humbled and embarrassed. Oh well, c'est la vie.

I wish I had as much trouble as you guys are having - I haven't been able to get mine out of the safe to take to the range since I bought it. And on top of that, I may not be able to use it for concealed carry until I buy a nice comfortable holster for it.

I hear that!!! I'm almost afraid to post over there.

My Shield is fired weekly, carried daily, and cleaned monthly.
Seems to be happy.

When it's loaded, it goes BANG when I press the trigger.

Every time, 1000+ rounds.

Like a Boss.

My other Shield the same thing.

Should I sent it back...to my holster and carry it around all day?

Yes.

You've spent almost as much on ammo as you did the gun. LOL
