I of course will pray for you and your wife and loved ones.Look I know this is s scary stuff but I want to share this with you.My Dad had open heart surgery much like yours twenty five years ago and in a few weeks after healed up and got over the surgery he started walking and going to the gym .Im telling you he said he felt like he was in his twenties again. These surgeons today have technology and knowledge that wasn't available 25 years ago .Dad got sick and was diagnosed with leukemia and finaly succumbed the thing is his heart had nothing to do with his passing . Be encouraged my friend as I am going to think and believe that the good Lord will be guiding your doctors ,watching over your family and have his hand on you healing and recovering in a manner that will astonish your doctors.I testify to you right now that Jesus Christ is the son of God the only true and living God and He is going to show you a miracle show your family a miracle .Give him praise a rejoice and fear not even though I know that is easy for me to say and hard for you to do After this is all over you are going to have a great testimony for His glory and magnification .So I say again fear not .As soon as you can let us know how you are doing .I am only going to think and believe you will be doing great !

Update from Bob's wife
"Bob did well with surgery, went to SICU about 1:30,
I saw him at 3 pm, still on ventilator but hope to get him off of it tonight.
He is stable at this time"
