I would like your prayers

My prayers are there, too, Jay. I will also gladly include the others who posted they are dealing with this awful disease. May the research flourish and the injured and victims' families in Boston be comforted.

thoughts and prayers with you and those in Boston....but always remember theres nothing like the smile on your face when you get a new S&W!

Jay, I always enjoy your posts here on the Forum, and as a fellow Tar Heel, I feel a extra bond with you.

I will pray for you right now, as I like to do whenever someone asks me to keep them in prayer. There's no time like the present, and it's an honor to share a word with Him that is especially for you. His healing Holy Spirit be with you!

He knows, even before we ask, so our asking becomes an acknowledgement to Him of our awe and gratitude for His power. This is always such a comfort to me,and I hope it will be for you as well -- knowing that He is in control and that He loves and always wants the best for us, even when His plan is difficult for us to understand. Trusting that, we can live our lives with peace, gratefulness, love for our fellow man, and the knowledge that He is with us, and we are and will be with Him, eternally.:)

Godspeed, friend.

Jay, you're in my prayers. [Colon CA survivor, too!]

From Psalm 31:

But I trust in thee, O LORD,
I say, "Thou art my God."
My times are in thy hand;

Len

Jay-we will pray for you according to Mathew 8:17, Isaiah 53: 4-5 and I Peter 2:24. I suggest that you renew your mind to these. "The Word of God is life to all that find it, and Health (medicine) to all their flesh."
