Just wondering.

At the moment Missouri does not have any ICORE Clubs, and from what I can tell Arkansas does not have any Currently Active Clubs either.

If a Club located in South Central Missouri started offering ICORE Revolver Matches on the First Sunday of the month, who among you would come???

ICORE Membership is $25 per year with a $5 Joining Fee the first year. So basicly it would run $30 to be an ICORE Member. Note: They have Family, and Jr Membership rates.

Still in the thinking stage:

2 Stages to be Qualification Stages on the NRA D-1 Tomb Stone Targets
3 additional Stages on the NRA D-1 Tomb Stone Target
1 Stage to be all steel, probably 30 rounds.
(Plate Rack, Texas Star, Dueling Tree, Tomb Stones, Poppers, Shoot the Boot, etc)

Looking at a total round count of around 100 per Match.

Trying to get a feel if this is worth giving a try. We have 3 Club Members who would play. My thoughts are about 10 Total as a minimum would be worth while having a match.

Give this a little thought Revolver Shooters in South Missouri and Northern Arkansas.

I would have thought we had some Revolver Shooters in Missouri, and North Arkansas looking for a place to shoot.

Looking like we are up to 5 Club Members who are going to shoot revolvers. Our First Get Our Feet Wet Match will be Sunday 4 August.

04 August 9 AM
08 September 9 AM
06 October 9 AM
03 November 9 AM> ICORE International Postal Match (4 Stages)
08 December 9 AM

Big Piney Sportsman's Club

18012 Highway B
Houston Missouri 65483
(Halfway between Houston and Raymondville)

NOTE: You do not have to be an ICORE Member to compete.

NOTE 2: We are going ahead with a Rimfire Division for fun to see how it works out. Rimfire is pending ICORE approval.
Semi Automatic 22's can compete in Rimfire Division.

Have you posted this information on the ICORE web site? IF not, I suggest using their site to get the word out. I also suggest including your information over on the Brian Enos site, in the revolver section. There is even a dedicated ICORE section within the revolver section.

Houston Missouri is approximately 150 miles from St Louis.

Three new ICORE Clubs are coming on line in the Midwest area.

McAllister Oklahoma, which is in the Southern Region.

Ankeny Iowa which is near Des Moines

Houston Missouri

We are getting some places to play with Revolvers, now we need shooters.

The 150 miles from St Louis is in what direction? If it's north I will make some, if it's South or West it's doubtful. I'd be looking at up to 400 to 600 miles round trip.

We are South West from St Louis.

Houston Missouri is South Central Missouri.

Sounds like you are closer to Ankeny Iowa's new ICORE Club. Carmoney over on the Brian Enos Forum can bring you up to speed.
