I just shot the postal match at the Albany, OR. range, Saturday.
The match was a lot of fun! I am starting to really like ICOR.
I need help and or advice with my 625.

What advice do you need?

Your 625 should work fairly well for Limited Division with Moon Clips.
I guess it would also work in Classic using 45AR, however the 45AR does not have the best Speed Loader selection.

ICORE Power Factor is 120,000 for all Divisions except Rimfire. With a 45 you do not need your ammunition very warm to make power factor with room to spare.

I guess you could be wondering about uisng a 686+ (7 Shooter) or a 627 or R8 (8 Shooter) in Limited or Open with Moon Clips instead of the 625. This is where you need to do some thinking. OK with 7 or 8 shots you can throw an extra round if you think you have a questionable shot in some Stages to improve the score. On the other hand the Big 45 slugs in moon clips are faster to reload with most of the time than 38's in moon clips.

Shooting multiple Divisions you could use a moon clip 38 in Limited and/or Open, and only need to load one caliber.

The 38 is cheaper to reload for than 45.

I have both a 625 and a 610. I have no plans for a 627 in my future at this time. Just a personal thing.

Plastic Holsters are faster than leather. I am using leather anyway.

Moon Clip carriers. The spring loaded self feeding ones are probably the hot set up. I am using the Post style. I will be adding some Doubles shortly to my selection of carriers.

Brand of moon clips? I have an older 625-3. Mine is not picky about clip brands. I have a pile of the cheap Ranch Products clips, along with Wilson Combat and others. I am not sure I can tell any difference in them.

Front Sight. I like a Green Fiber Optic sight. I am old as dirt, and see them much better than the Gold Bead or solid Black Blade.

That probably missed your question, but might have answered someone elses.
