Hi all! Could anyone shed light on these stocks that came on a model 25-15 classic? They say "Robert Philips" (no luck on a Google search) on the inside of one and have a warning sticker inside the other. Photos below:

I was very happy to have the grips come with the ANIB revolver. I think they feel and look like a Jordan pattern to me but I'm not great at that.

They are almost made like some of the classic Herter's style...It has the CA Prop. 65 warning sticker, but then what doesn't?

Robert Phillips was possibly the customer that they were made for.

Thanks! I'm not familiar with Herter's style. Did they make grips or is a pattern?

Yup, those are older Herrett's Jordan Troopers.
Mine also have the brass grip pin inserts! With the enclosed front and back straps, they fit my large hands perfectly!

Thanks! I have several pairs of Herrett grips with the sticker inside but I don't remember any of them having the brass pin inserts.

Now to figure out a good reasonable-stout cast bullet load for it.

Thanks for the help everyone! Finally shot it and I like the revolver! I am curious how the stocks will feel with harder recoiling loads.

Their custom line is gone, I'm afraid. A few months ago I called to ask if the Troopers were still being made. They said no since they had not been able to train a replacement gripmaker.

I'm sad to hear that Herrett's are out of production. I've got a bunch of them and like them a lot!
