The humidity here has been less than 10% for several days with a hairdryer wind on top. We are all complaining about dry eyes, bleeding sinuses and mongo allergies, even the guys that don't have allergies.

Y'all can't sell us that line. We've all seen CSI and we know it rains nearly every day there. Often a downpour. Rethink your numbers. Its got to approach 100% with that much rain.

I am on a part of the Central Ridge west of Inverness, the house elevation is about 90’.

Thanks...sounds like an awful nice place for a man cave. A little later I thought about Inverness and I had forgotten about the higher area that is SW of downtown and runs NNW. Should have remembered because I've been to Citrus Memorial a gazillion times.

I'll be another vote for 40 to 50%. I keep a dehumidifier set on 45%, which, with the A/C, keeps the house under 50%.

You should have been Las Vegas this last week. Temps above 100°F with 5% or less humidity and a strong breeze gusting gale force at times some days. Holy bleeding sinuses, Batman! Today my wife said that every time she blinks it sounds like sandpaper.
