If you bought a new S&W recently and love it... tell us!

I just purchased a new 351C. Excellent fit and finish.

That's awesome, I have one as well.. great little carry gun.. Lightest gun I ever carried. I wanted the PD model, I like having the external hammer and the grips. I missed the one my FFL had, so I settled on the C, no regrets here. But.... he does have a PD in the show case now, been eyeballing it for a while, once I pay off the 19 nickle I have on hold.. I just may buy that one too!

Oh ya ...... and I picked up a set of the same wooden grips as the PD model and installed a Big Dot front sight..

Just bought a couple 586 L-comps and a 627 pro series. Aside from the performance center guns having peened looking extractor ratchets, they perform very well and are incredibly accurate.

Bodyguard .380acp

I recently bought this new .380 Bodyguard to replace my trusty 5 year old Kel-Tec P-3AT that finally started to "act up". I love this thing. So far put 400 rounds through it; had some light strikes with Fiocchi 95 gr FMJ, but 350 rounds perfectly reliable with Winchester and Hornady 90 gr. JHP. :)

A love/hate relationship with my new 69...

It shoots great and has got me back into a cartridge I really have not shot in years because I don't like carrying the bigger guns around. It's as accurate as my larger .44's in my hands, and if I pick the right loads, seems to retain a good amount of the performance.

But... there are still things I would like to see different, the lock, the grips (it'll get a set of troopers when I get a little extra cash), the hammer that looks like it was kicked around the floor

Still, it is a real joy to shoot and will make many trips afield. I'm also having fun working up new short barrel handloads for it.

:D:D:D

Ps. There were some rough edges on the recoil shield I stoned a bit which smoothed things out too.

In the last several weeks, I bought a M&P 340 and a 629 Deluxe 6.5" Tale Edition. I think both of them are incredible and am very happy with my purchases. With Crimson Trace LG-350 grips on the 340, I can comfortably shoot .357 rounds. On the 629, I use Model 500 grips when I go to the range and put the wood grips on when I want to admire it.

I recently purchased A 627 Pro Series and like it very much.
Good finish nice trigger , accurate and good balance . Most guns I would like to change things on , this one works for me . Got it for steel challenge and so far so good

Pretty much my feelings on the 69 I purchased.
Tried the Pachmeyer Diamond Pro grips and they were better but still not quite 'right'.
Bite the bullet and got a set of the X frame grips.
Happy with the way it shoots now.
Just wish they weren't so ugly.
Need to have a good looking set of wooden ones that feel the same.

Just bought a 627 PC. I almost didn't buy one after reading all the QC threads. I paid up at my local gun shop because I was too scared to buy one sight unseen. Anyway, picked it up today, timing, fit, finish, trigger are all great. Crown, forcing cone look good. Shot it, love it.

6906NS and 4006

Traded for the 4006 and a 6906 with night sights. Qualified with them last week. The 4006 probably will replace my Beretta 96 for winter carry and the 6906 for summer carry. I was very impressed with both at 25 yards. The 6906 was able to touch holes with 115grn WWB. My 4516 was traded for the 4006, glad I did.IMG_0116.jpg

Two new editions to my stable of Smith & Wessons. A new in box 5946 from Cabellas. Of course I swapped slides with my 6946 to make a long slide 6946 and a short slide variant of the 5946:

Then I won at auction a model 547 9mm in great shape:
