If you could have only one belt fed machine gun what would it be?

Keith44spl beat me to it but I always wanted a water-cooled Browning .30 caliber. The movie "Bataan" was one of the first war-movies I saw as a kid and although they used Maxims I was enthralled by the antiquated but business looking water-jacket, tripod mounted machine guns.
