M&P 40 with an additional 9mm barrel and a few 9mm mags. Then I'd have 2 guns

I won't include the 357 Sig barrel because although it would be 3 guns, I personally have no use for 357 Sig (unless I pick up so much range brass that it justifies it, but I'm getting there).

40S&W + 9mm barrel/mags is a great "single gun" option............ However, I'd be equally OK with either 40/9mm if "limited" to only one caliber.
