If you were going to stock up on two powders, what would they be?

Rifle
Same for me. Unique and 4895.....
Not many calibers other than large Magnum cartridges that you couldn't make useful loads with one or the other. Or other similar propellants, e.g., Hodgdon Universal and AA#5 are not far removed from the ballistic performance of Unique. Many don't fully recognize that propellants in the Unique-similar family are good for making lighter lead bullet loads in about every rifle and handgun cartridge caliber that exists on Earth. That is why it is called Unique. It is also economical. A little goes a long way so your powder supply lasts longer.

2 powders? Gatorade and crushed Vicodin. Also known as a Paducah Get Right.:D
Ah Yes. The Geezer Speedball for us arthritic survivors of the San Francisco Scene.
I haven't gotten to the point of actually ingesting nitroglycerine yet but my father did.
'Till then it's Unique, 4198, and 4350.
Oh wait .. that's 3 powders.
Dang.

I’ll put in a vote for Power Pistol (for 9mm) but BE-86 might cover that as well.

Bullseye for 99% of my pistol loads. Reloder 15 for my .223 and .30-06 rifle loads and American Select for my shotgun loads. The last two are scarce as hen's teeth around here.

Either flavor of 4895 and whichever of BE, AA2 or Red Dot was available.

I haven’t reloaded rifle or shotgun in years and I don’t shoot magnums anymore so bullseye and unique are the two I always keep in stock.I think Obama was President the last time I stocked up lol (I don’t shoot much anymore) These mountains are crowded!

These days I could do with only 231 for handguns, since I don’t care to shoot many real magnum loads anymore. I could buy factory loads for what few magnums I’d need. I’d love to have an 8# jug of Reloader 22, but it seems that ain’t going to happen. I guess I could substitute H4350, and in some cartridges it would be better. Neither one helps much with .222 and .233. For those two I’d need to break the rule here and add a third one - maybe BLC2?

WW231 for all handgun calibers and H110 for Magnum loads. I don't load rifle or shotgun, but have enough to last for a couple decades. Also believe it to be pointless to stock up on that much powder, UNLESS, you have enough primers to support it. Most dont.
