I didn't want to hijack bushmasters thread on Sig P229 Legion, so I thought I would share my Sig 1911's and a smaller brother, the P365. I love my Sig's, show me yours.

SIG RCS and P938. I know, the 938 isn't a 1911, but it wants to be when it grows up. Love the RCS, purchased it new in 2011. Bought the 938 new in 2013. Both of them have been flawless from day 1.

I only have one unfortunately, a C3. I have a thing for sub-compact 45's particularly 1911's and the C3 is a great compromise size. While I don't carry it, it has been fired a good bit and it has proven to be 100% reliable and very accurate with everything I have put through it including my standard practice handload of a 200gr LSWC or plated FP over 5.4gr of W231 that I load by the 1000's.

Nice gun, 505Gibbs! I have one too! As far as I know, they didn't make many in .38 Super. For that matter, these days I don't see any Sig 1911s available with adjustable sights. That's unfortunate, because the gun is a shooter. It's extremely accurate.

Initially I had some issues with standard semi-rimmed .38 Super cases. They wouldn't feed well. Going to .38 Super-comp cases fixed that. I could probably re-tension the extractor, but so far I haven't messed with it.

Seeing kscharlie's post #9 reminded me that I have an Sig P238 Sport in .380 caliber and it slipped my mind. It would like to be a 1911 also but has some growing to do. I had a Sig P938 in 9mm that I had took a photo of when I bought it years ago. I really like the Sig P238 Sport in .380. I gave my youngest son the P938.

I had a gen-2 GSR but sold it due to the slide getting stolen by the USPS when I sent it out for refinishing.

Replaced it with a Nightmare Carry.
