Welcome to the Forum! It appears that you have an early S&W .32-20 Hand Ejector Model 1905 (4th Change) revolver, manufactured around 1918-1920 based on your s/n. The patent dates on the barrel are 1901, 1906, and 1914. .32 WCF (Winchester Center Fire) is the same as .32-20, so that's the type of ammo that this revolver shoots. The stocks (grips) appear to be aftermarket because your revolver would have probably shipped with checkered diamond walnut stocks. The frame is a square butt K-frame. The bluing on your revolver looks awfully nice, so I suspect that it was reblued at some point. Barrel lengths for these revolvers are 4", 5", and 6"...and the 6" is fairly common. You asked about replacement parts, why? Are there problems with your revolver? Is the rear sight just a square notch in the top of the frame ("service sight"), or are there screw holes and a target sight is missing? Target models with target sights are more valuable and desirable. You'll have to check online (Gunbroker, etc.) for selling prices, but I would think somewhere around $450, maybe $600 for a target model. I'm sure that some other Forum experts will be along soon to provide more info or to correct my assessment. Here is my 6" .32-20 HE from 1923 (s/n 118705), it's a little rough but it's fun to shoot when I can find ammo!

Nice gun. I do not see any signs of a reblue.
Is there a logo on it?
Better pics would be nice, particularly of the grips.
