Dear Carol and Casey; I have often spoken about Graydon to my mom (90).

When I told her of Graydon's situation she wanted me to pass along to him her thoughts.

She was 12 years old in war torn Liverpool when VE Day was declared. She thanks him for him and his fellow Yanks answering the call for help.

She doesn't forget.

Carol, thanks for letting us know about your father.

One takeaway I got from his posts was how fortunate he was to have you in his life. A lot of his posts had information concerning how my daughter did or that for me today. We should all be so lucky.
